• Rebate of up to 50% of the cost of installing lawn or turf through utility credit given by the city.
• Must meet requirements listed in Ordinance #987,
• Applications and copy of ordinance are available at the city office.

• Reimburse $12.50 per linear foot for the removal and replacement of curb and gutter.
• Must contact city office prior to beginning the removal of curb and gutter.
• Must abide by program guidelines and complete form and return to city office.

Sidewalk Improvement

• Reimbursement for removing and replacing sidewalks which are parallel and adjacent or in line with existing sidewalk is $4.00 per linear foot.
• Reimbursement for installing new sidewalks which are parallel and adjacent or near to the city street within the Oakley City Limits is $2.50 per linear foot.
• Must contact city office prior to beginning the removal and replacement or installing new sidewalks.
• Must abide by program guidelines and complete form and return to city office.

Handicapped Accessible Curb Cut

• Reimbursement for Handicap curb cut up to maximum of $350.00 at the corner of a block-requires application
