Oakley Volunteer Fire Department
Fire Chief: Tim Martin
Assistant Chief: Bill Schwarz

The Oakley Fire Department is comprised of volunteers from our community.  These individuals are our family, friends, and neighbors which means they bring a special understanding of protecting our community to the job.

Twenty-four volunteers are on-call 24 hours a day and able to respond quickly to any call.  With City and County equipment, these volunteer fire fighters protect more than 600 square miles over three counties.

The Fire Department is also very active in the community.  Volunteers from the Department actively seek to educate citizens (especially kids) on fire safety, help raise funds for a variety of community efforts, and participate in community events such as parades.  Support our Fire Department by attending the annual Fireman’s Ball usually held in February!
